The Samsung - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless Steel is a nice microwave. I like it so much that when the previous one broke (wouldn't heat up) I replaced it with the exact same model. This time around after 4 months the latch that keeps the door closed is broken. Just went thru the process of getting service via Samsung support which can't get here until 5 days from now. Am I feeling dejected? only slightly, I like this microwave. I like the button layout, I like that it's so quiet when running and I like its physical design/footprint, so I'm content to wait on Samsung service. Would I buy the same model again? I have to say yes indeed even though I've read online that this problem with the latch is ubiquitous, I'd buy it again (or an upgraded version. On the thumbs up scale, I'd give it 7 out of 10.

Had a Samsung microwave that lasted 14 years. It was well made and had many features. This one fit in the same mounting bracket, although the top screw holes were in different locations so I had to drill new holes in the cabinet above. It's cheapened down in terms of build quality. One bulb to illuminate the stovetop in a light enclosure build for two bulbs, fairly flimsy door hinges that I hope won't break anytime soon, a smaller rotating platter that you can't turn off and on, a less powerful blower for the cooktop vent, and more. It heats about the same as the previous Samsung, so I'm happy about that. Just know what you are getting and not getting with this cheapened-down model.

This microwave is by no means fancy. However, it heats evenly and quickly. It is also very quiet. We mainly got it to match the fridge that matches it but it is clean looking and has the features we need.

This is a great microwave. It is stronger wattage than we are used to, but I am glad. It heats up things in half the time. It is super durable and is easy to clean. I love this microwave!!

So far I'm happy with the microwave but the installation company installed it incorrectly. It's not level and despite several calls to have them fix the problem, they won't respond.

Our microwave went out all of a sudden for no apparent reason. It’s essentially to our family bc we’re always on the go. I pre-prep our meals bc we have different schedules. We couldn’t find anything that was in our budget at that time. I click on a microwave similar to my decor on Best Buy, it had an option to get it cheaper. We found out about the outlet. Fairly new appliances/ electronics/ technology or open boxed items or slightly blemished for very low prices. We’ve purchased a few more items since.

The microwave works very well. I am pleased with the results based on the second or minutes that I program. It is spacious, although I have yet to prepare anything larger than a small casserole dish in it. I have not used all the functions, but numerous functions were not the reason for my purchase. an older microwave broke and I needed one to fill the space. It looks nice over the range. The only dissatisfied is that the selection pad remiss dark. In the early morning or after the sunsets, I have to use a flashlight to see where the buttons are to warm up anything.

It microwaves. It it exactly what it says it is. A microwave. It sits above my stove and heats up all the food I’m too lazy to cook cuz I’m a chef and cook all day. So when I get home n want a Jamaican beef patty. I fire this bad boy up. It’ll cook those bad boys in 2 min flat. Waaaay faster then air fryer.
