We had an old GE microwave that was installed before we bought our house. I wanted to match my other Samsung appliances, so I bought this to replace it. Works great and looks just as great!

I have replaced my old GE with this one followed instructions and installed easy. Nice working .

We absolutely love it except for 2 things. The air vent is very loud and there is no "express" time, so when I press 1, it doesnt automatically start with 1 minute.

Looks nice and works pretty well, but the buttons aren’t as easy to press as I expected. Really have to put significant pressure for it to read the users’ input. Also the fan runs intermittently after closing the door which seems like an electrical problem with the unit. The only fix we found was to shut the door with some force behind it. Basically slam it shut.

I paid a premium for the black stainless steel. My product of choice was not available in black. The microwave has all the basics and works great. I would recommend.

Microwave works very good, maybe a tad quieter than our Amana which was donated to Habitat for Humanity to serve another family. One negative feature is turntable. Anything slightly off centered on the glass turntable is just enough weight to prevent table from rotating.

Great looking Samsung microwave , performs tasks well, replacement for previous one that was blown out trying to make hard boiled eggs. Best Buy had it in stock, rare find. Fast, clean delivery and installation.

Love the functions and how well it warms, defrost, reheat etc. BUT I wish they made a fingerprint free one. I suppose it's the color as my stainless one before this one did n now show prints as bad. This one shows them allllll the time. Drives me crazy!

This is a better-than-average over-the-range microwave and if you're in the market for a new one, this ought to fit the bill. You'll find all the features you need for a microwave over the stove (light, fan, etc) and it offers a lot of various settings to make things defrosting and thawing easy. It cooks fully, but I've noticed it takes a little more time to cook than my old one at the same wattage. This is hardly a deal-breaker, but I found it peculiar. It's plenty roomy inside and it's decently priced. I'm sure one could do a lot worse and it looks great with stainless steel appliances.

Good value for the money. Dialpad buttons are little hard to press, but you will get use to it. Neat and sharp look! Make sure of the measurements!

We replaced an ERROR CODE 11 and more expensive Samsung microwave with this model. We were under the impression that attemting to repair the old unit would probably be a prohibitive cost, So we proceeded with purchasing this model Samsung. We hired a highly recommended installer who informed us that we made the right decision since the ERROR 11 was a harbinger of a pending very expensive repair. We didn't need a fancy smamcy new model so we opted for this unit. It does everything we need and then some.

Samsung microwave is great! Fan and light underneath helps while cooking on stove. Good space inside with easy read digital buttons. Had to have black to match other appliances. Very easy to install. Packed well in box.
