great microwave. Had to get the professional install but they did good job. I love my microwave.

OTR Samsung microwave is quiet, door handle closes nicely, not as hard to open as my previous microwave. I would have given a 5 star if the select buttons to start any function were smoother, but you will need to be press a little hard to get it going with all selected functions. Spacious inside, the bottom glass plate sits flat, which is nice feature. Note the 30 seconds option does not automatically start, you need to select the start function. Best buy for sure, clean, quiet and so far very pleased.

Its just a microwave, but it does its function and looks good.

This is a good basic microwave / hood. The 1.7 cu. ft. seemed a bit small at first, but it works well and we arent cooking large things in it anyway. Out of the box the door glass had a big scratch in it and the door sits slighting off of level so I'm not sure if the one we got might have been a return. But, it doesn't affect the function and we'd been waiting 3 months for appliances so we werent about to take it back!

So far so good. Easy installation and works great.

The operation seems good, although it starts again after you close the door on occasion. The door is not lined up perfect.

I bought this as a gift for my grandmother, she loves it. Easy to install if you're handy.

Our old microwave went out and this one was easy to install. Works fine and the price was reasonable. Hopefully will get more years of service then last one. Time will tell.

Great device its a little big but for the purpose it does its job very well

Hoping this one won’t fail like the other one! I got a brand new one when my first one failed. Then the brand new one failed after a few months of use. I was shocked! The first one started burning inside of it. Other reviews claim similar issues but some report none. Hence I got a second one. A few months later the rotating plate was humming and which was so noisy I couldn’t live with it. At that point I exchanged it because I could no longer return it for a refund. I think the more expensive ones are made better

Very sturdy and well built model. It is faster and stronger than the older model we had, which was a General Electric. We prefer this Model over our older one.

Great value and fan works fantastic while also looking sleek and modern, couldn’t ask for a better combo!

Bought this as replacement for old samsung one which stopped working. Mounting was easy with existing setup,it would help if samsung standardized mounting holes. This looks stylish. Quality and performance i find good till now. Overall decent buy for price range.

Works Very Well installation was easy everything as described

I'm very happy with my Samsung microwave. I was very glad that the installer warned me about the latches. He said they are pretty much the only part that tends to fail because they are made of plastic. By hitting the STOP button after the timer goes off you release those latches so they tend to last much longer. I've only had mine for 7 weeks so I can't say if it's helping or not, but I do appreciate the warning and will be more careful with the opening of the unit.

This microwave is one of the best ive used in my life. It cooks fast! Easy to install. Modern. I love it!
