Bought this to replace another Samsung microwave that finally died after 11 years. Am very disappointed - it has fewer sensor cook button options, everything is coded - so you need to know that D-1 is defrost hamburger. It also one let you run the timer and cook at the same time. This would have been a deal breaker if I had realized this before purchasing it.

We needed a new microwave to fit in a finished kitchen and so the dimensions were extremely important. There are not as many preset buttons as some others but the simplicity makes it easy to read, even in dim lighting. The interior size is big enough for a full size casserole, the power is good and the fan works better than our last microwave. Our only complaint -- you can't use the timer and cook at the same time (which was possible on our old microwave). So - if we set the timer for something in the oven and then want to heat something up in the microwave, we have to turn the timer off. Fortunately, we have another timer on the stove top.

Works great it replace out other Samsung microwave.

I have not been able to use this appliance yet, but the shopping experience was phenomenal and I have no complaints, I would highly recommend Best Buy for all your appliance needs!

replaced a Samsung unit that started to rust in the inside. Was able to get this open box for an even better deal. It was basically brand new. It looked like the person who purchased it didn't realize these things had to be installed and just returned it. Basically it's a newer version of what I already had but it has the fingerprint proof coating which I love. Other than that, it is working as expected. Can't complain. Some people complain about the buttons being hard to push but it doesn't bother me. I'm used to it. It fit exactly in the spot the old one went and installing it took less than 20 minutes.

Microwave with self seems fine, but very disappointed that the motherboard was faulty and it had to be replaced a few days after it was installed

So far so good. The only thing I don't like about it, which is me being very fussy because I'm used to it working that way, is when I press the quick 30 sec button it doesn't just automatically turn on like most of them do, I still have to press start.
