Samsung Microwave

I was very glad that the installer warned me about the latches. He said they are pretty much the only part that tends to fail because they are made of plastic. By hitting the STOP button after the timer goes off you release those latches so they tend to last much longer. I've only had mine for 7 weeks so I can't say if it's helping or not, but I do appreciate the warning and will be more careful with the opening of the unit.

Only gripe so far is like everyone else said, having to manually put in the minutes. If you can deal with that, no problems so far

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great but in the short time span of the last 13 months is blown a fuse no biggie just hand to un mount it over the stove and take the thing apart and figure out what went wrong where not the end of the world but afterwards was able to fix it for aroubd 7 bucks for a 2 pack of fuses put it all back together and off to the races we went. As of 6/24/2025 it will randomly give you a static shock when opening the door! Needless to say i definitely wouldnt recommend this microwave unless your getting it for penny's on the dollar.

They have good service and good people Will shop there again for any appliances Much better than other big stores Easy to pick up appliances. The people are happy to help order it online. It was easy and efficient. The brand of microwave has very good reviews, which I always take notice of Also purchased a dryer and again good service for new people
