Very nice device with a lot of options and cooks very well. I like it because it's a little deeper than others. Easy to clean.

Fits perfect and works great! The inside is bigger than I thought which is a plus.

Excellent product, I am happy with the purchase, it works excellent and I highly recommend it.

Good microwave however I wish it had certain functions that my old microwave had such as holding down the five button to immediately get 5 minutes. I don't know why they wouldn't put that in. I know I can always type 500 but so many things you microwave are for less than 6 minutes and it seems like that function should be there.

Needed to replace a 25 year old microwave and Samsung fit the bill. Own multiple Samsung appliances and this microwave has worked great so far.

Nice microwave with good esthetics. The microwave is fairly quiet and runs smoothly. The only thing that I do not like is that the control keypad’s touch is insensitive. You really have to press hard for a response. Also for one minute of heat you have actually press 1-0-0 vs 1 and that takes too much of my time.

Don't like it too much hard to see the numbers. The inside of the plate gets hot when the light on the outside underneath it, his turn on. Always have to clear each time. I do quick start for heat

So our old one broke down and this is the perfect replacement. Over the stove and ready to go.

Buyer beware. If you have a warranty issue, Samsung has the worst warranty policies and customer service. I bought this microwave for my elderly mother. After about 6 months it caught on fire while in use and she immediately turned it off. I called Samsung and they sent Service Quick for the warranty repair. They determined the microwave was 'arcing' without anything in it and defective. I then asked Samsung to replace the unit. They advised that could take at least 20 business days and when they did deliver the replacement microwave, they wouldn't install it our haul away the old unit. I would need to pay for someone to install and haul away. Even though they acknowledged the unit was defective. After that they would only reimburse for a portion of the installation and haul away cost. This was a $215 microwave with a million dollar headache caused by Samsung's defective product and terrible customer experience. Their whole warranty process is designed to fatigue you down to giving up, which I ultimately did. I will never buy another Samsung product again as result of this experience. Their customer service and warranty policy is not customer friendly, to say the very least.
