Buyer beware. If you have a warranty issue, Samsung has the worst warranty policies and customer service. I bought this microwave for my elderly mother. After about 6 months it caught on fire while in use and she immediately turned it off. I called Samsung and they sent Service Quick for the warranty repair. They determined the microwave was 'arcing' without anything in it and defective. I then asked Samsung to replace the unit. They advised that could take at least 20 business days and when they did deliver the replacement microwave, they wouldn't install it our haul away the old unit. I would need to pay for someone to install and haul away. Even though they acknowledged the unit was defective. After that they would only reimburse for a portion of the installation and haul away cost. This was a $215 microwave with a million dollar headache caused by Samsung's defective product and terrible customer experience. Their whole warranty process is designed to fatigue you down to giving up, which I ultimately did. I will never buy another Samsung product again as result of this experience. Their customer service and warranty policy is not customer friendly, to say the very least.

Samsung can make a foldable phone but not a microwave where you can use the timer and the microwave at the same time. My 20 year old kenmore that this is replacing could even do that. Let’s see what else, you have to push hard on the buttons for them to work, there’s no express cook (meaning if you push the 30 second button, you still have to push start), and it makes a whirring noise after it’s done cooking like a motor winding down. I called Samsung and they don’t know what it is. They sent a service guy out who replaced one part but it didn’t fix it. In fact now after the service guy left, the turntable isn’t functioning properly. They ordered another part and they will be here Tuesday to replace and hopefully they can fix whatever he did to the turntable too. To summarize, my three week old microwave will already have two replacement parts. Thinking about returning.

Microwave is excellent; fit right in space and over white and black stove. Ordering was a breeze; within a few days, it was ready for curbside pickup!

So far so good works great looks great can’t complain a bit I would buy it again.

Great microwave for the right Price, settings and functionality are the best

This was a replacement for our other microwave that broke. We had Geek Squad protection and they found one as close to our old one as possible since our old one was no longer avaialble. It has the functions we need and looks nice with our other appliances.

Our Samsung microwave failed so we wanted to match our existing appliances! The new microwave was exactly what we wanted! Thanks Best Buy!

My husband is a stickler for Samsung Appliances, so we went with this one when our old over the range microwave gave out. We installed it ourselves and wasn't too difficult (2 person job), hardest part was planning/lining up the template on the back. Heats evenly, looks great in our Stainless Steel Kitchen, and the buttons are easy to wipe clean. I also got this on sale, so was a really good deal. Happy so far!
