I really like this microwave. Although it is fairly basic, the display is bold and blue. It looks very modern, I purchased black stainless. The rotating tray is built in, without a lip. My last microwave tray was chipped several times by an eager family member hastily warming up food. This rotating glass tray will probably not chip, as the edge is not exposed. That is a bonus in our household.

The microwave is very well made. The price of the microwave is very reasonable for the type of teachers it has.

I actually purchased this through Hone Dept originally. I was given the run around on delivery and install so I got my money back and purchased from Best Buy for less money. The delivery and install was still boggled (apparently the internet schedule dates didn’t match up with the delivery dates that were actually available) but they fixed it the next week. It’s a great microwave but I wouldn’t definitely confirm that delivery dates you schedule are accurate.

Buyer beware. If you have a warranty issue, Samsung has the worst warranty policies and customer service. I bought this microwave for my elderly mother. After about 6 months it caught on fire while in use and she immediately turned it off. I called Samsung and they sent Service Quick for the warranty repair. They determined the microwave was 'arcing' without anything in it and defective. I then asked Samsung to replace the unit. They advised that could take at least 20 business days and when they did deliver the replacement microwave, they wouldn't install it our haul away the old unit. I would need to pay for someone to install and haul away. Even though they acknowledged the unit was defective. After that they would only reimburse for a portion of the installation and haul away cost. This was a $215 microwave with a million dollar headache caused by Samsung's defective product and terrible customer experience. Their whole warranty process is designed to fatigue you down to giving up, which I ultimately did. I will never buy another Samsung product again as result of this experience. Their customer service and warranty policy is not customer friendly, to say the very least.

The microwave works well. Good size and keeps food warm.

Built very solid. Gets the job done. Just wish it offered more/other reheat options. Very quiet operation.

This microwave was a replacement for almost the same model after a couple of years of a lot of use! We love this one so much more and the no fingerprint is an added bonus!

Nice microwave with adequate features just wish it was more reliable. Have had 3 of this model now and they never last more than a couple of years apiece. My cabinets are installed around it and the mount is mounted so I’m kinda stuck unless I want to make some major adjustments.

Very sleek and good looking over the range microwave. Functions perfectly. And I love to lock it from being used is pressing the start button down and holding it for a second because my Autistic teenager can’t figure it out and that makes for a very safe microwave for us.

Our old unit started to turn on and off all by itself so I needed to get a replacement. My old unit was a Samsung so I wanted to buy the same brand.. The reason for this was different brands will differ if color and finish will be noticeable. This micro-wave fit the bill perfect .Nice replacement

We bought this microwave as a replacement for the one we had bought a year and a half ago (which was the next model up from this one). This microwave works like it should. I just wish the inside wasn't white. I liked that our previous microwave had a dark interior. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
