However, for how large the inside is, you'd expect the plate to be larger, too. But instead, it's only 12 inches in diameter! I didn't read this when I purchased it. Another bummer is that I can't seem to get it to keep a timer AND cook something at the same time. Another feature I miss is the beverage reheat or plate reheat for left overs. This has a reheat feature but you need to get out the manual to understand what the numbers mean. The fan works amazing though! It really takes the warm air from the oven out of the room.

The best thing was that the holes and brackets for mounting were exactly the same as the old Samsung microwave we replaced it with so it was very easy to install. It took less than 30 minutes. ALL companies should follow this design if they want repeat customers.

Matches the rest of our appliances well. White interior, pretty standard controls, has more than enough power to cook almost anything. We use this microwave a lot due to both of us working and living in Houston with the heat not wanting to use the oven as much.
