    Great product, but we were really disappointed with the installation crew. Our window for delivery and installation was from 12 noon to 8 pm (a very long time to wait) and they did not even arrive within that window of time. They rang the doorbell at 8:40 pm to install the microwave. NOT acceptable and not even a phone call or text to say they would be delayed.

    This is our second time purchasing this microwave - for two different homes. For the price, it's great! Has lots of features and was easy to install. The only downfall was trying to figure out how to set the time, which the directions weren't super clear on and took time messing with the buttons. Overall, great buy for the price.

    Disappointed that buttons are not the latest model. When you add "30 second", you then have to hit start. Not like the most updated version.

    It was great that Samsung kept the exhaust vent the same size and in the same location as their previous unit that I was replacing so I didn’t have to rework the wall. I don’t know why they relocated the power cord. This did cause me to have to drill another large hole in the cabinet over the microwave. The new microwave works well as expected.

    This microwave was good and looks great, other microwaves I've had allows you to cook for 1, 2, or 3 minutes just by pushing the 1, 2, or 3. This one does not, so just not quite as convenient.
