Great except we’ve noticed a few quirks compared to old version. When using the add 30 sec feature it doesn’t automatically start. Also haven’t been able to use the timer function and heat something in the microwave itself. These were all functions on our old version that we could do. Otherwise a great microwave!!

Kind of downgraded from last unit. Switched from fridigeair. Was spoiled with double bulbs to illuminate stovetop. Control panel seems to hide itself. Impossible to read unless overhead lights are on. I miss having more auto on features. Performs adequately at this point.

Nice microwave but I sure miss the express button like my old microwave had where you just press 1 through 6 for the minutes without pressing the two zeros behind it.

Redid my kitchen and wanted this microwave in Black Stainless, but the price was so much more than this Plain Black one, so we went with this one. It goes so well, even though the other appliances are Black Stainless, this particular model goes well with them. Blends in well.

It heats really well faster than old Frigidaire. Has no express/quick start settings which is the pits. I thought all new microwaves had quick start at the very least add 30seconds. Not this one, you have to press start every time. Which I know sounds lazy but when your used to being able to just hit a number it’s frustrating. Had it only about 2 months and it’s already rattling. Very disappointed with Samsung on this one

Installed the microwave only to realize the bottom part of the handle was broken upon arrival. I've read numerous reviews on this particular unit and similar ones across the Samsung OTR line and this seems to be a known issue. Unfortunately, the way my kitchen layout is, I can't deviate from the dimensions as anything will either not fit or require extensive trimming of my kitchen backsplash. The unit was exchanged for another; hopefully I don't run into the same problem, though my expectations aren't very high.

Perfect... Easy to mount.. easy mounting instructions... Does everything expected as far as what you expect a microwave to do ... Not highest end grade, but not lowest end... Works well for how we use it...

I had this one for years, there was a door malfunction that couldn’t be repaired. Bought the same one and it was easy to install. Great performance

Very easy microwave to operate. It fit above the stove like it was made especially for our kitchen.

Bought this to replace my Samsung microwave that stopped heating. Was able to use the old mounting hardware - slipped right into place. A little bit louder than the old one, but works great!
