The only thing that I would say that seems a bit weird is that when you press the 30 second button you have to hit start afterwards. Most microwaves that I’ve used, you press the 3o second button or a one minute button and it starts right away. Not a big deal though.

The tech that installed it was fantastic, which is more that I can say for Best Buy and their process. Best Buy had every excuse in the book on all the problems Good thing the tech knew what he was doing and kept in touch with us. He is probably the best tech I ever dealt with.

You have to really press the buttons. Other than that, it works as expected. Wish it has "express cook" settings where I could just press one minute or two minutes etc.

Both of them were professional and courteous. They installed the microwave and took considerable care attaching it to the cabinet. Once the job was completed they cleaned up all of the dust particles that scattered. They were terrific.

It goes so well, even though the other appliances are Black Stainless, this particular model goes well with them. Blends in well.

When using the add 30 sec feature it doesn’t automatically start. Also haven’t been able to use the timer function and heat something in the microwave itself. These were all functions on our old version that we could do. Otherwise a great microwave!!

My first one stopped working after five years so I purchased another because I like this microwave. Very strong as it gets A LOT OF USE in my home.

Has no express/quick start settings which is the pits. I thought all new microwaves had quick start at the very least add 30seconds. Not this one, you have to press start every time. Which I know sounds lazy but when your used to being able to just hit a number it’s frustrating. Had it only about 2 months and it’s already rattling. Very disappointed with Samsung on this one
