Good microwave with just the features we needed and none of the extras we didn't need. Simple installation since it was replacing our previous microwave which was a 12 year old samsung also.

Microwave works. A lot louder than the 10-year old unit I replaced. The lower light went out after 2 months.

I chose this unit because it was the right size for my smaller kitchen, and had easy to use controls. A lot of microwaves these days have TOO many buttons and options. Samsung did a good job making the keypad readable. The built-in light is bright and the exhaust fan is strong.

So far so good. The door seems really thin and doesn’t seem like it will last but that’s just speculation. The fan is a little loud but for the price it’s pretty good.

This microwave is an exact match for my Samsung electric range. It has all the features that I use daily; the timer, defrost and popcorn settings.

Please do not buy this model; my review is only for this particular model (Model #ME17R7021ES). I don't know how Samsung microwaves compare to other companies in general. I have already exchanged three of these models in the past three years: the first two from Best Buy and this one from Lowe's. They do not last more than 8 to 10 months. The first one started making a loud noise and I was able to exchange it at Best Buy within 30 days. The second one Samsung came out to replace the parts and it worked for a few months before it completely stopped. On to my third one from Lowe's with a 5-year extended warranty. Exactly after 9 months, it stopped as well. Samsung is coming out to replace parts again. The reason why I kept going back to this model was due to the wall support that comes with the microwave so that I don't have to keep drilling for other brands as they are all a little different. Please stay away from this model completely, it qualifies for the worst appliance in the market.

Samsung Microwave works fine. Has more than enough shortcut buttons on the control panel. Pretty quiet. Decent price.

nice looking Appliances install it myself, its a little bit challenge since our old microwave is bit shorter so i have to re configure the back bracket that holds the microwave. over all its good

Looks very sleek and since I have a small kitchen its not all in your face when you walk in. It has been a great choice,. a lot of power but looks great. everyone is very impressed because they didn't realize they were that sleek/ cooking is a breeze

This is a good value for the money, but it vibrates and rattles really loud unless you push on the bottom of the control panel. It’s kind of annoying

It's a microwave. There's nothing special about it, but I got a good price and the installation was free.

Fit where other microwave was with little room to spare. Do not like how vents. Like the stainless steel and microwave does its job. Clock time lights up in blue. New wave I guess..

Love the look and stainless steel is very nice and easy to keep clean. My old microwave was a different brand and I love the Samsung products

Works great!! Not easy to install if you don’t know what your doing. Our microwave was shipped to the store. Easy pick up and they loaded it in the car for us.

I have installed many over the range microwaves by myself and this one by far was the best to install. It is so lightweight and mounts easily, granted it was a remodel install. If you are trying to install by yourself without an extra set of hands this should be your first choice.
