This microwave over the stove is not worth buying we have had two of them and the latch do not last. So every 1 & 4 months it’s having to be replaced again.

It is a great Microwave, looks very nice with the stove and the mis important aspect... it is very easy to used.

All the plastic components in the door latch mechanic snapped off right after one year. Those plastic parts are connected directly to the inside of the door. Meaning the part to replace is the door itself. Which cost more than the entire microwave. Now I already need a new microwave.

Microwave started chipping after 6 months. Started smoking after the warranty. We called Samsung twice regarding the microwave. Toward the end of their long claims process they decided they would not help us with a replacement and advised we “get a new unit but they were not helping with the purchase.” Completely disappointed.
