Easy to use works great. The only downfall is if you are installing this under cabinets over your stove the fan dose not work well when you are boiling things, or cooking over high heat. the microwave will get all steamed up and you will have to keep whipping off the moisture as it can get dripping wet. if you don't have cabinets the fan will be higher up and work better.

The basics ... the finish is attractive and easy to clean, and the microwave performs as expected for a 1kw unit. Installation was easy (if you know how to do this sort of thing). Unfortunately the keypad is the sort that has a flexible polycarbonate sheet over pressure-sensitive buttons. They have to be pressed fairly hard, and it's easy to push on the wrong bit of the surface so you don't hit them at all. This is also the sort of keypad that, in my experience, develops cracks with long use, especially if any of the operators have long fingernails. It's really unfortunate that Samsung didn't include an easy-touch capacitative keypad. The menu is less than ideal as well. Cooking presets such as the melt/soften and cooking functions have only numbers for their presets, not words ... which means you need to have a chart to look up, for example, what number to select for softening butter vs melting chocolate. Finally, this unit does not include a function that I thought was nearly standard these days -- fast one-touch cooking where, for example, a single press of "1" turns it on for a minute, "2" for 2 minutes, and so on. Not a big deal, but my family had gotten used to this on our last 2 microwaves and were disappointed not to have it here. But as a basic over-range microwave, it fills the need. I'll not be upgrading right away.

This microwave has the appearance and funtionality we were looking for. My son and I removed the old microwave and installed the new one. After two weeks, the new microwave is working beautifully. Special thanks to Rusty the BestBuy rep who showed us and explained all of the attributes of each microwave.

I ordered the microwave to pick up at the store. I was warned by the BestBuy rep to examine my microwave for dents/damage. I looked at it immediately when I got it home, it had a significant crumple on the back corner. I'm glad I examined it immediately, back to the store it went. Waited another week to receive a replacement, I examined it at the store, even though it made me look like a skeptic, that's okay with me. This microwave was a keeper. Easy to install, although I needed a second set of hands to lift it on the hanger. Measure twice (or three times), drill once. Only required a minor adjustment to the drilled hole. Be aware that the filter "kit" is merely a filter already included. It rests in the middle slot at a tilt, and rests on 2 tabs that are at a slant. This was not intuitive to me. I made a call to Samsung, the helper was pretty good at explaining where the filter belongs as it is not clearly stated in the instructions. Very happy with the microwave, straightforward install. I'm a "okay" diyer and like to do things myself because I want it done right and I spend the time to read instructions or ask questions when I can't find the information myself.

This is great! Some of the buttons can be confusing but it's great product. Quick to install and a great color for my kitchen. Also, the surface is easy to clean.

Works great. My only critique is that the clips inside the handle break. It could be because my kids have slammed the door a couple times.

Bought this one to replace my previous Samsung microwave. Works pretty good. Install was easy and well detailed in the instructions almost everything lined up with my previous microwave.

Overall quality is sub par. Door is slanted upwards and does not visually line up nice. Unit functions like it should. timer function is almost worthless. you set a timer and it beeps 3 times and then does one beep reminders 2ish times afterwards. Do not understand why the timer does not keep chiming until it is physically stopped. Buttons take a pretty solid press to work almost feels like you will push through the unit to get it to respond. For the price it seems like it should have better adjustability but like everything now a days more money for less.

This is a very nice looking microwave. It was a bit difficult to install - 3 things I wish were different that it closed more gently as our other one did & when pressing 30 sec cook it would start automatically & it would return to clock time without pressing cancel

Great Microwave with easy features, nice handle. It was easy to install without any issues. Fits over the range perfectly with a great look to the kitchen. Good enough to heat anything you need to heat right away.

Wow! The technology in this new microwave Is over the top. Ease of install to ease of use made this the best decision for an appliance upgrade we have ever made. Best Buy sales and loading into the car was excellent.
