Great product for the price! Not as loud as my old one but louder than other new ones. It's modern and sleek and works to heat food quickly. I wish it had more features but it's enough for the price.

This microwave replaced another old Samsung we had for 7 years. It is perfect for our needs. Simple and does the job it is supposed to do! Clean-up is a breeze. Matches our other black stainless appliances beautifully.

It has the right size for a microwave, fits pretty much anything and it heats up food pretty fast. The light feature under it is also great with a couple different settings!

Easy install replacing an older microwave using the same hardware and holes. However the unit will start on its own when pulling on the handle. Replicated over and over again mother reviews reported this issue. Took it down same week and returned for a whirlpool.

So far so good. This was basically an identical replacement for the same one we had for 16 years. I have no doubt this one will last 16 years.

Good value and performance and looks for this price. It did fit fairly well in same space as former GE 1800 model it replaced. The Samsung model is a bit loud compared to the older GE model.

I love the microwave. The only thing I do not like is that the light could be brighter.

I love my Samsung over-the-counter microwave. No nonsense, not too many buttons. I especially like the white interior, easier to see when it needs a wipe-down.,

We have had this installed for a few days now. Pros: - Clean/sleek look - Simple operation - Compact size - Previous model stuck out and down a lot more, making stove top viewing difficult. This is almost the smallest footprint (excluding Whirlpools model that is designed to replace a vent hood). It is almost identical in size to GE and Samsung 1.6 models, but this is the first model that is finger print resistant. - Noise - Operation is quiet, fan on recirculate was better than old but not great (tested before installing), which made me decide to duct it outside. Much quieter (recommend if you can). High - slight increase in voice to have conversation. Low - you can talk soft and hear without a problem. - turn table inside sit flush with bottom (recessed) Cons -No way to turn off sound and more beeps and noise then previous whirlpool model. Nothing in manual, hope to find a way to disable/make it quieter without opening it up. - +30 seconds doesn't just start running. have to press start (minor inconvenience) - Fan setting and high low are separate buttons. If you are going to do this, just have a high button and low button. By default it starts the fan on high but you can press the speed button first and than fan to get around that. -incandescent bulb - hole template for exhaust vent is 3-4 inches wider and 2-3 inches deeper than it should be. < 1 in of play should be sufficient.

Great microwave! It looks great too. Went above my expectations. Can't speak for long term yet.

This is our second samsung microwave. It works great! My stove microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher are all samsung products.

Easy to install. I like the color of the black stainless steel versus regular stainless. the turn tray is inset inside so you can put larger items inside with no problem. Price was very reasonable and pick up easy

There was a better option that I didn’t realize that cost just a bit more. This microwave is really nice but the door can be loud. I do like how easy it is to use.
