The speed is great and it is capable of opening multiple browsers like I need in school. The only thing is that it doesn't allow me to download word, I have to use the online version, also the system we need to authenticate ourselves for tests is not able to be downloaded so I have to toggle between two laptops which is not ideal. Definitely looking at something else to possibly trade in.

You can't really go wrong with Samsung device and this Chromebook is great. Light and very fast, it's easy to use. Only drawback is no numerical keypad to the right of the QWERTY keyboard.

Overall it’s a great item does what I need great starter laptop but definitely not for someone that uses it for work or business

My first chromebook. Really like it for almost everything. If you decide to get one, realize there are things that still need to be done with a windows computer. Turbo tax is the first thing that comes to mind. Also, local storage is minimal so plan on getting a micro SD to store your stuff. For the daily grind though, it does everything I've thrown at it. Consider it a big android phone with a keyboard. It's lightweight, fast and has a great battery life.

Very nice computer, kinda slow at times but gets the job done

My wife and I got this computer for my son for at home school. This is a Great computer for his home school it has everything we need to get his homework and other things done highly recommend for homeschoolers

My boyfriend really likes it! Uses it for emails and to watch movies.. sound isnt the best but you can connect to a soeaker for better quality!

We are pleased with how this computer can handle online schooling. Easy to start up. System is fast. Everything you need is ready to be used.

This is a perfect affordable computer for almost anyone ! Students ,older people anyone can learn and use this computer within minutes of purchasing. It's also compact and very affordable plus its a Samsung !

Great chromebook, huge screen, but my son prefers smaller 14" screen so we went to exchange. Nothing is wrong with this laptop, just too big to carry around to and from school. If you like big screen, then this is for you.

A little pricier than I wanted to spend, but laptops were sold out before school started. Runs fast, good memory space, and lightweight.

Really liking this chromebook. Easy to use. Was easy to set up. Screen size is very nice. I'm no computer whiz so if I can figure it out, anyone can. It can do much more than I will ever use. Very satisfied

I don't know what I was expecting for the price and from Samsung. But it is slow and laggy. Thankfully updates are coming in and it seems to run fine for BASIC things. Like, browsing the web and watching youtube. But if you are doing more then 1 thing, then it will be SO slow. For example, say I am watching youtube and want to run an app, you pretty much can't without closing one of the apps off. Some apps will work, but not all. I would recommend maybe a higher powered CPU with more threads, and even then, Chrome OS is still limited at this time. For a kid or an elderly person, this may work fine. Anyone who wants to get stuff done, don't. Also, a Samsung Tab S6 Lite would be better for media consumption.

I downsized from a 17.3" laptop w/Windows OS to this 15.6" Chromebook. I miss the bigger screen but the Chromebook is okay. One thing I love about it: Battery lasts all day; cut the cord! One thing I don't like about it: The touchpad is not very responsive. Whereas I used to take one quick finger swipe to move the cursor across the screen, it now takes me two or three; and it kind of resists or drags along the way. The bottom line is that the pokey touchpad has slowed me down. But this laptop is otherwise reliable and is a good basic machine, perhaps best-suited for student use.

My wife loves how easy it is to use. The screen is so clear and allows her to watch her shows that she loves. All in all, and great choice for someone that just uses it for personal use. Thanks

Good service, the price was affordable, and convenient location

I purchased this for my mom because she's 87 years old and needed and easy laptop to use. This seems to fit the bill. It took a little getting used to but once you do it is much easier to operate than a full laptop especially for an older person.

Very pleased with my purchase. The size and weight of the Chromebook is just right for me. I'm still exploring the many applications and features of my Chromebook. Glad I made the purchase

Easy to set up and use. Plug it in and go! I bought it because we needed a newer, updated computer for virtual learning for my child. I would definitely recommend this laptop!

The screen is large and the computer starts up relatively quickly. I love that it can follow voice commands which was a surprise bonus. Great computer at its price point.
