I really like this laptop it is easy to use and responsive

Very good computer with fast speed and easy use for my parents.

My MacBook Air was dated and I didn’t want to spend $1000 on a new one. To browse internet, pay bills, and email, this chrome book is perfect. For a third of the price I can’t complain. Must buy if you don’t want to spend a lot on a lap top. It is a bit heavy and the screen is no where near an apple screen, but it works and sometimes you don’t need all the bells and whistles.

I purchased my last laptop 12 years ago and it just crashed. I was amazed at the cost of a new one and the person at Best Buy asked what I use on my laptop. Since I only use Word, Excel, the internet, emails and Zoom he suggested a Chromebook. The cost is about 75% less than a Window based PC and it does everything I need. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to go with a Chromebook.

Great laptop, I stream a lot, perfect computer for that. Very pleased with my purchase.

I GOT THE CHROMEBOOK FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER , SHE IS VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THE BATTERY LASTS A LONG TIME AND IT IS EASY TO USE

Super satisfied with my new Samsung chrome book. I’m starting a new business so the memory on it is just enough, it’s also compatible with my HP ENVY printer. It’s lite weight. It is sensitive to touch I’m not sure of that part is adjustable but other than that it’s a great buy.

This is a great lap top at a good low price. Love the 15 inch screen with good definition, so watching movies are as good as high cost TVs. Good sound also for a lap top. Starting up for the first time it practedly set itself up.

First Chromebook I bought and it’s easy to use and fast.

So far, this Chromebook hasn't let me down. It's fast and does exactly what I need it to. The price wasn't bad either. The only complaint is that the screen resolution could be better when watching videos.

This is not a touchscreen but the only one they had in the store. love the big screen and easy to use. love it

Works alright, gets the job done but leaves somthing to be desired

Pretty straight forward easy to use, the screen is large it’s a pretty decent size if you can’t really see.

I have to say so far so good. I purchased this this Samsung Chromebook to replace my Acer chromebook which I was very happy with but the operating system is close to its expiration date. This chromebook has been able to do everything I want and expected it to do for me. The only things that would have made it better is if it had a HDMI slot but I can always buy an adapter which will give me the ability to attach my hdmi cable if needed. I noticed that so far the battery life does not last as long as my Acer chromebook and the display is a bit on the dark side. Overall I am very happy with this item.

In 2011, I bought a 12" screen Chromebook when they first hit the market. I loved it & used it daily for several years until I wore it out. I was happy to find this Samsung Chromebook laptop with a large 15.6" screen. Easy set up, you pretty much open it & begin using it right away especially if you're already a loyal Samsung customer as I've been for many years. I also bought one for my son & he is very pleased with his, as well. Thanks Best Buy & Samsung for a great product at a great price!
