Best Buy customer service for me gets ZERO stars! Horrific experience overall, the fridge gets a 10! It's beautiful very spacious very put together

One of very few counter depth fridges. Yet, plenty of space inside. LED light is so very cool - makes it a treat to open it every time.

Coming from using a much larger fridge, this one takes some getting used to. The shelves are low so some stuff doesn't fit, but it still holds a lot of food. The freezer holds a great deal of food as well, but again it's a learning process on how to stack and load the new fridge compared to my old one that I'd had for nearly 25 years. My only gripe is that it did not come with an egg storage container. I had to use my old one. All in all it's a good fridge, keeps food cold and fresh.

Nice look. It comes with all basic features, and you have options for regular size and counter deep version. Great option for the price.

Have to return because freezer too cold and freezer door jams. Will get same model and see if that works properly. Not many to choose from for small kitchen, especially if you want counter depth Pros: fits where most refrigerators don't. it is absolutely gorgeous and counter depth opens up the look of the kitchen. Great lighting. Has longer warranty then most brands. Cons: Cannot adjust most shelves so if you have a lot of tall items might be a problem. Can work around that. Very delicate cleaning outside, compared to other stainless steel brands. Freezer quite small. Did not hook up ice maker as have read ice/water is biggest troublemaker in newer refrigerators. Not sure if at this point would recommend. Have to see what happens with next one.

Great fridge, good size. We purchased this fridge because it was one of the only counter depth, French doors that we liked. The availability of it was ok, only took about 4 days from ordering to get the fridge (with it being a special order it was a good turn time). The only down fall to the fridge is the ice maker. When it first makes ice or whenever ice needs to be made - there is a high pitched almost like a scream to it. It doesn't happen all of the time - just when it makes ice. Other than that - it's a perfect fit for our family.

This is the only fridge that I could find that fit the small spot between cabinets which were installed in the 70s. The French Doors and bottom freezer maximizes space and allows more room between the fridge and the built in island. The temp of both freezer and fridge are constant in spite of heavy use. Excellent fridge.

I am very happy with this Samsung refrigerator. It fits in my small kitchen very nicely. It has excellent capacity for a counter depth model. The only negative for some may be that the plug is on top and so therefore should be considered when making the purchase. The box that contains the plug comes up above an extra 2-3". It didn't cause any problems for me, but just make sure to take note. Beautiful design and keeps everything fresh and the perfect temperature.

I have only had the refrigerator for several weeks, but I was impressed with how spacious it is. I was afraid it would be too small, but the doors provide a great deal of space to store things. So far, I have no complaints.

I purchased this French door counter depth Samsung refrigerator in 33" width to fit the space that it was going into. If I was to purchase a 36" there were more choices but in this size it was one of the few available without a door dispenser. I have never had much luck with door dispensers which eventually leak or break. This refrigerator is well designed and nice. The stainless steel is of good quality unlike lesser brands. My only complaint is that the hinge on the doors are not self closing (unlike other higher end refrigerators) so you have to make sure the door is closed. There is an alarm which sounds if the door is not completely closed which is good. So all in all my only suggestion would be for Samsung is to put self closing hinges on future models.

Haven't had it long enough to tell really. So far works good, it is what I expected. Do like the digital temperature setting part of it. Seems to have enough room, wish the door shelves had a little more adjustment to them.

Nice, big refrigerator that stands flush with all of my cabinets. Great for smaller apts that need the space.

The fridge fits perfect with counter depth and it looks really nice. It's the perfect size for a family of 4. A family of more then 4 you would probably like to have a bigger fridge. Everything fits perfect in the fridge and in the freezer. I rate it a 4 star becuase I wish the freezer opened up a bit more and the fridge does sometimes makes a loud noise out of no where. Since the fridge is in the kitchen we can't hear it as loud but if your room is next to the fridge or kitchen you can for sure hear the fridge at night.

The size fits very well and I'm glad to replace our old refrigerator that stuck out 6 inches from the counter. The black shiny finish does have to be cleaned often because of fingerprints, but easy to do with a microfiber cloth. Great lighting. Ice maker seems to be slow when starting to make the ice cubes, but then quickly fills the ice cube container.

Our space required a counter depth fridge and we wanted to find one that was affordable, offered good storage and had french doors. This was by far the best value. It's lovely and looks great in our kitchen. It cools well and is very functional. I actually enjoy not having a water/ice dispenser. The only thing I don't like is how low the second shelf is. We can only fit milk and wine in the doors and not on that shelf, which is annoying.

This french door refrigerator offers a great amount of space even though its' cubic size is among the smaller fridge options. It is also a counter depth model, this allows for a more "built in feel" adding to any well thought out small kitchen. Bottom line great choice for a small kitchen.

Keeps food perfectly. Design lets us see everything we have.. we throw away far less wasted food now. Fits our space perfectly. Attractive.

This product is wonderful. It fits perfectly in my space and is beautiful to look at, holds all my food neatly. Keeps everything cold and is light weight when opening and closing the doors.

This fridge is excellent! It didn't talk long to get to temperature! It's spacious and the bright LEDs light up the inside very well!
