Best Buy is the worst company to buy an appliance from. Horrible customer service. Salespeople call and ask you to return their call but do not leave a phone number. Techs are not trained on optimal delivery practices. Techs insult customers when they can't do the job. I will never buy from BB again evereverever.

After two months the ice still tastes like plastic. Nothing wrong with our water in this region. I went back to Best Buy, and they advised us to contact Samsung. Samsung were not any help. Lousy experience in customer service all the way around.Stuck with ice you can’t put in a drink.

We recommend flushing 11 liters of water (approximately 6 minutes) through the filter before use to remove impurities from your water line. Additionally, we recommend using a water line with copper tubing and connecting it to a potable water source. Please refer to your user manual for more details. Refer to pages 18-23, "STEP 4 Connect the water line (Applicable models only)."
