Thank you for your review of this Samsung HW-M360 Soundbar System. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with the voice volume.
Have you tried selecting the Clear Voice sound mode for enhancement of vocal clarity?
You can easily select the Clear Voice mode or any other preferred choice by pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote control, located just under the main button.
