I purchased it out of the box, but it was never explained in the description that there were peices of the mounting hardware missing. When I called the store, they said that this was often the case with out of box products. It would've been nice to know this when I purchased it. I had to buy mounting hardware from another company.

Samsung sound bar with subwoofer

I tried everything and it just will not connect, checked on line and a lot of people seem to have the same issue. Time to contact Samsung because I left it go too long so I cannot return it to Best Buy.

Excellent sound bar for smaller rooms

Second, the price was very good. Third, because we have a small living room in our apartment, I didn't need 5.1 surround sound or a higher wattage system. Fourth, it has a wireless woofer with plenty of power for my needs. This unit meets all my expectations..
