Looked like someone threw it on the ground corners were damaged but the box wasn’t in bad shape. Check your microwave, open the box!

Powerhouse Unit

Call me crazy, but I have really grown to like how all my other Samsung devices are integrated. Despite that it is an impressive unit and has all the features my wife wanted.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I also understand you want to know if the plastic/cardboard pieces inside the cooking area need to be removed or left alone. DO NOT USE SHIP TO STORE...SELLING OPEN BOX AS NEW

I received a dented stainless steel and serial number in the microwave did not match the serial number on the box. I received what I would have to guess is an open box unit that was not checked and it was passed off as new. So I was overcharged $80-100 and on top of that, I am being told I have to return to the store to get a resolution because I opted for ship to store instead of shipping. Best Buy is selling open box items as new and then making it very difficult to speak to anyone in authority to get a resolution. I have spent 2 hours trying to call the store only to have the call forwarded to their "national phone service" to which they cannot help because it was ship to store.
