    I love this microwave! My last one was so old and finally gave out on us. This one was the one that insurance suggested for a replacement. The second shelf is a lifesaver when I need to fix two plates for my kids.

    When it worked ot was great its a bigger microwave which I like but it quickly started acting up. At first ot was just on occasion it wouldn't heat now after only 3 months it wont heat anything.
