My last one was so old and finally gave out on us. This one was the one that insurance suggested for a replacement. The second shelf is a lifesaver when I need to fix two plates for my kids.

I love that the buttons are at the bottom for easy access. I am short, so this feature was definitely needed. I also like all the buttons that are preset for easy access. It has been a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone!

The only thing we disapprove of is that the light doesn't turn on inside while we're using it to warm or cook something. Also, we never got our extended warranty/protection plan sent to us by email. It's on our receipt that we paid for it but as everyone knows receipts fade over time. It's a 5 yr protection plan.
