Doesnt heat

At first ot was just on occasion it wouldn't heat now after only 3 months it wont heat anything.

I had a Samsung slide in range and this goes perfect over it. Not a basic model, but one with a few features. I read reviews and decided to choose this model. Noise was the biggest concern from the reviews. I’m hoping that it does not pose an easy ssue over time.
