Controls on the bottom of the door make this unit perfect for users who may be vertically challenged! The door is very big and it took awhile to get used to. Powerful with enough power to "cook" as well as warm!

I like the fact that there are two levels, so you can cook multiple things at once. Only drawback is that I usually have to remove the shelf to cook food in taller containers. This is a bit annoying, but the shelf is easy to put in and take out. I would recommend.

We turn it on and it makes the worst noise you ever heard. Called the Samsung number. The guy said they would call me in a few days to set up an appointment to come out and look at it. We took it down and returned it to Best Buy. They were nice enough to let us skip the line. They had to order another one and it took a few days to get a new one. We tried it before installing it that time and it worked fine. We put it in and works well, no problems. Best Buy 4 stars. First Samsung 0 stars. Second Samsung 4 stars.
