Great features and easy to use

I love having the control panel below the door as it makes it much easier to read and access. The only drawback is that you can not hit the 1-5 buttons and get an automatic 1 minute etc. Not a big problem but takes some getting used to after having ones that always had that feature in the past.

We found this one as a direct replacement with no mounting hardware changes. We really like the digital clock on the door which is more eye level and easier to read than our prior unit.

I heated stew and it was heated to perfection. My old GE would not heat it enough and when I put it back for 30 seconds it would burn it. Also defrosted perfectly.

This is ridiculous.. in addition, when you’re using the timer, you can’t use the microwave this is a joke

The first time it was luckily under warranty and had to have the entire door replaced because that's where the motherboard is. Barely a year after that the new door gave us an error code and it would cost more to repair than buy a new microwave. A waste of money.

If you can read you can put this microwave in. The templates in the box make it easy just follow the directions. Make sure you read everything first. The hardest part is lifting the microwave to put it on the hook bar at the back of the microwave.
