Does everything I want and does not show fingerprints.

If i could leave a 0, I would! We had the over the range microwave installed and running for almost 1 year and 4 months. It stopped heating food. I had an appliance repairman come and tell me that the magnatron was not working. I was like ok good because Samsung warranties that for like 5 years! He said well you have to schedule service through Samsumg so I called them. The very helpful gentleman helped me tet a few things via video call, none of which worked. Well because it had been slightly over a year, and didnt buy an extended warranty i would have to pay $120 for one of their serviceman to look at it and then $90 atleast for labor. I already spent $120 for the first company to look at it.

So easy the kids have figured it out!! It is very quiet.

I enjoy the one button and you are cooking feature.

The timer does not work. Also, if I open the door slightly, the microwave turns on and runs until I secure the door...that shouldn't happen.

As a replacement for a 14 yr old unit, this is a great microwave. Cooking guide for warming up leftovers is spot on. Daughter sayys it looks like an oven inside. Not your typical microwave look when you open the door.

Had it for less than a month. It works well. Had some trouble understanding the directions but once that was sorted out no real problem operating it. Real test is reliability over long term/

The style of this microwave is sleek and efficient. It immediately draws attention and fits beautifully in with our other appliances. It functions superbly. Overall a great product with all the bells and whistles. The control buttons underneath and across the bottom is perhaps my favorite one.

Trash- I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM SAMSUNG- MICROWAVE, Refrigerator and STOVE ARE ALL TRASH- AND THE WARRANTY IS TRUE GARBAGE- they will send someone out to “repair” It but will charge your for parts and labor- which cost the same if not more that the original PURCHASE- TRASH- STAY AWAY

This microwave is beautiful inside and out. Very elegant looking and easy to clean. However, I would not recommend my friends to purchase these or any other products from Best Buy do to their poor customer service department.

Great microwave for the money. Easy to read numbers at the bottom of the door. Would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a good quality microwave.

Looks and works great. It was a 16th inch wider than the old one, but was able to remove a molding in the back and get it installed no problem. The sales man went out of his way to get the best possible deal for me, I hadn't been to BestBuy in years, but now I want to go back.

The only bad thing about this experience was there was a little ding in the face of it. Disappointed that it was brand new and marked up! Other than that, it all works fine.

Well. This oven works well so far . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a microwave oven .

The Microwave itself works well and is awesome. The mounting hardware screws did not fit. I had to Jimmy a replacement to make it work...add $5 and 2 trips to the hardware store.

Although this is a spacious, good looking, and an even heating unit none of that matters if it doesn't work and this microwave has a fatal flaw for an over the range unit. Any kind of steam kills the door. Want to make spaghetti? Don't try it. Want to can? Forget about it. We've now killed two doors doing basic kitchen functions that this microwave should be able to handle but instead any bit of steam gives an SE error code. We replaced the door once under warranty and it's now dead again 1.5 years in.

Is a big one, very powerful, only details is is hard to see inside sent coking because the inside is to dark and the vent is not as powerful as you might think.
