Really like this microwave. It has all the features needed and is large enough to handle all the items we want to heat. Especially like the "add 30 seconds" function and the fingerprint resistance finish. Looks great in our kitchen.

Had to purchase a new microwave and was surprised at how the controls are all at the bottom now. Very easy to get used to - I didn't think I would like it, but it's not a big deal and easy to adjust to.

Typical microwave, however no lighting of buttons to operate the microwave in low lighting. Only light is through clock/timer.

Great microwave. Color and finish looks awesome in our house. Mounting was easy and straight forward.

If i could leave a 0, I would! We had the over the range microwave installed and running for almost 1 year and 4 months. It stopped heating food. I had an appliance repairman come and tell me that the magnatron was not working. I was like ok good because Samsung warranties that for like 5 years! He said well you have to schedule service through Samsumg so I called them. The very helpful gentleman helped me tet a few things via video call, none of which worked. Well because it had been slightly over a year, and didnt buy an extended warranty i would have to pay $120 for one of their serviceman to look at it and then $90 atleast for labor. I already spent $120 for the first company to look at it.

Very nice microwave, at first they sent me a defective one that did not shut right and was dented. But then I exchanged it and now it’s perfect.

The exhaust is excellent. The microwave is okay but nothing extraordinary. The LED lighting is very good. The design can improve but it is okay. I think Samsung can improve by looking at the design from the competition like Bosch and KitchenAid.

We really love this microwave. It has all the settings you would need. I was aiming to get one with a hidden handle but this works great. Installed with my fiance, very easy, comes with a template that helps you align everything.

I love this microwave but the only thing I am disappointed in is that it doesn't come with any info on how to operate it or some kind of cooking book that gives you times. But in saying that, it is a great microwave for your money.

We love this microwave a lot. The control buttons are much easier to access with them being on the bottom. It's got a grey ceramic on the inside for easy clean up. Unlike those white plastic inserts in most microwaves.

Delivery was quick and prompt, the installers were very mannerable and professional. The entire experience was excellent.

Very nice goes with all my black stainless appliances. Glad I went with this model. One thing I don't like is the sensor for potatoes, didn't get it done.

Best microwave ever, clean lines,the interior is black so it does not show dirt marks. The settings are in a better place eye level and easy to read.

Really love my Samsung microwave very easy to use and looks great with my Samsung stove oven range I love the no handle option and the big size of the interior also the black ceramic coating inside he eats all my Foods evenly and quickly

Potato button works great. The logo on the front of my unit seems slightly off, otherwise it works like normal.

Used to replace older unit picked this model because it has four speed exhaust fan and I have two other kitchen pieces of the same brand. We are very happy with the performance of this unit.

I love the color. Easy to clean. A little confusing sometimes with so many options. But it cooks great. 2 racks to cook on but if u put more than one thing in to cook it takes longer. The door is really loud when u close it.

I love this brand and the microwave especially when you have kids that like to slam everything even microwave doors it stands up to quality!

Very easy to install. The microwave is heavy duty. It isn't flimsy the door is strong.
