The microwave has an extra shelf, so you can cook two things at once. We Love all the extra buttons and cleaning is a breeze. Very happy with this purchase

When I plugged it in after installation it did not work. Best Buy told me I could not return it because of the purchase place so I had to call Samsung to fix it. It took Samsung 2 weeks and 2 separate trips to finally get it operable. I am not a happy customer with the outlet store and doubt I will ever use it again.

Originally had Bosch Microwave, Double Oven and Dishwasher. Bosch is German for 'CRAP'. NEVER buy Bosch! This microwave is so Superior to Bosch, it is beyond words.
