The first time it was luckily under warranty and had to have the entire door replaced because that's where the motherboard is. Barely a year after that the new door gave us an error code and it would cost more to repair than buy a new microwave. A waste of money.

Bought a complete kitchen package and 2 stoves and 4 microwaves later they are still not 100% perfect. Dealing with BB and Samsung has been a lesson of frustration, hours of time and exhaustion.

Samsung is replacing with no problem. It has many cooking options which we love. Has a lot of presets for certain foods which makes life easier. Only dislike is you cannot see the food while cooking, either because of the black window or the dimness of the bulb
