I like to watch my hot pockets cook, and take them out before all the insides extrude out, however this microwave makes it impossible. The pattern on the door is nearly opaque, and the lightbulb is very dim.

The start and number 4 button was not working all the time. Samsung needs to have better quality control when building at the factory. In the first 4 weeks the unit was fully operational 6 days.

Does not cook as quickly as my previous 1000 watt microwaves. You must really depress the touch controls to set cook time, etc.

It is a year and a half old. It has had two repair tickets. One was completed. The appliance repair company declined to complete the second problem, citing that it was a common problem with Samsung Microwaves and was not covered by our appliance service program. The unit will not turn on. Apparently a wiring harness is to blame.
