Purchased this microwave and was very excited about. I loved the size, the features, and the look. I decided to make some pasta for dinner for the first time and boiled some water and turned the microwave fan on to absorb some moisture. First time boiling water on the stove and I get and “SE” error 5 minutes in. After some research it seems to be related to the control board and moisture as the control board is at the bottom. Gave it a day to dry out and shut power down to the outlet and the error hasn’t gone away. Do all of yourselves a favor and make sure to buy a microwave with the board on the right side and not at the bottom. Or make sure you always cover your pot. This microwave also has a problem with condensation building up on the exterior of the door when microwaving something with a higher liquid content. We also received two of these microwaves both dented.
