Completely stopped working after only 1 year. Called Samsung support and they tried fixing it and couldn’t instead tried to offer me a new one.

Do not buy, faulty construction

Do not buy this product. Had it for exactly a year and 4 days. -SE- code comes on the screen and the microwave no longer works. Unplugging machine did not reset. Samsung states its out of warranty and either the control panel or board needs to be replaced costing $125 or $200 respectively. Plus labor, it costs the same as purchased. Ridiculous. Design cant handle steam from people that actually cook.

Terrible idea having the controls on the door. You're thinking how great is that right? It's not. Never put sensitive touch pad electronics on a part of a device that is constantly moving and vibrating. Broke immediately. Hated it. So happy it is gone.

I had this installed. The sales rep did not discourage Samsung. It heats the plate more than the food which was not true of my 500 series Bosch it is replacing. It makes annoying spinning sound as it cooks and occasionally sounds like it is sparking inside, when it is not. A plate of leftovers went over six minutes and then wanted to go two more, yes, the food was already boiling—so much for sensor cooking. GE, Whirlpool and LG are ranked higher by consumer reports and I hope the GE that is coming to replace this is much better.

This is why you should not buy appliances online. This microwave is much larger than I thought it would be. On the inside, it looks like an industrial microwave. I miss the white clean inside of my old one. Also, I have used the sensor (the whole reason I chose this one) snd IT DOES NOT WORK. The sensor must be broken because the beverage is boiling over unless I stop it about 2.30 minutes before it finishes. Same thing with soups, it is suooose to reheat and not cook the item, but it is ruining food! Since I bought online, I don’t know what my options are but I really hate this microwave. I have to get to Best Buy to look at the oven I purchased over 1.5 months ago and it hasn’t shipped yet, because I don’t want to go they this again!
The best thing about the entire process is the 2 gentlemen who delivers it. They delivered my washer snd dryer also. They are hardworking, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Their names are Daniel and Collin.
