    Purchased the unit in October of 2020. Just stopped working. Loud buzzing and not heating. Its i possible to get a hold of Samsung. Waiting 4 days for a call. Warranty expired this October. We purchased all our kitchen appliances together from Bestbuy and thought we were getting a brand we could trust. Very disappointed with Samsung. We spent over $3000 on everything. I feel helpless.

    This item has needed 2 times in less than a year. I am extremely disappointed. I have to pay 49.99 to get a repair when the item is basically new and I have a best buy service plan.

    Our Samsung microwave is set up to vent inside using the recirculating mode. There is little to no suction. Smoke or steam is not being sucked up and when smokey the entire house fills up with smoke. Per samsung technicain they arent designed to do it and nothing is defective....frustrated

    Did not last a year

    Not even a year later and it no longer works. Keep getting a error code. Did all the things necessary to get it working again and still doesn’t work. Wish I never bought it. Warranty but getting the run around about getting it fixed/ replaced. Literally three days away from the 1 year mark.

    Beware when they show a Like New item online

    The item was not in Like New condition Microwave was used and missing the components for the spinning plate. Also it was missing all the screws/hardware to mount it. I couldn't even contact the store via phone (was told by support Skokie store would call me they never did)

    Crooked door label

    I cannot say more about how it works because from the very moment I have it installed I noticed some unpleasant view for me. The label Samsung on the door is crooked, it is not perfectly straight. Goes a bit under the angle, maybe for somebody else is nothing but it bothers me anytime I look at it. I do not know what to do, unit is working and OK but this label...

    Randomly decides not to work

    The microwave randomly won’t work. It will always be on, allows you to press one type of button like adding time but won’t register hitting the start button at all. And then the next time you go to try to put something in it works exactly like it’s suppose to. I’m very disappointed in this purchase.

    Poorly made microwave by Samsung!!!!!

    Two Over-the-Range microwaves were delivered on two separate occasions and both microwaves were damaged. (the handles were broken on both). I have had to purchase a small counter top microwave until the THIRD Over-the-Range Microwave is delivered. This is NOT GOOD!!!!!

    Stopped heating after a few weeks

    I am so disappointed in this microwave. After about 3 weeks of use, it stopped heating. We've done all the troubleshooting, contacted Samsung and were told there would be follow-up in 1-2 days. We have now been waiting almost 3 weeks with repeated attempts at contact. It looks nice but that doesn't matter if it doesn't work and you can't get service on a brand-new product.

    Had this microwave for only for 1 yr and 4 months and it just broke down yesterday in the middle of defrosting some veggies. Unable to clear SE error even though we unplugged it and left it off all night. Waste of money. Now I’m worried about my other Samsung appliance longevity.

    We purchased and installed this microwave in August of 2020, in August of 2021, we got an SE error code. Found out its not under warranty and the diagnostic fee for repairs would be $250. We used to be adamant Samsung customers, but spending close to $450 on a microwave that last less than a year is unnacceptable.

    This microwave has so many features and controls someone needs a PHD from Harvard or an Ivy League school. If you want a simple microwave steer clear from this one. It’s frustrating to figure out and I usually just push the same button over and over again and don’t bother with any of the other controls. Horrible!!

    Horrible Product

    Only had microwave for 1 year and it has broken down twice giving and SE error. Warranty covered the first breakdown, now it has broken down again 30 days after the warranty expired and they are trying to charge me almost the cost of a new microwave to come out and fix it.

    Quit working after a week

    Waiting for my replacement. Displayed error code SE after one week and would not work anymore. The 1-888 number for best buy was horrible to work with so I called the store directly. Just waiting for the replacement to be delivered now. Bought on August 7th. It is now August 28th....due to be here September 3rd.

    Melted after use

    The bottom of this started to melt when I boiled a pot of water. Not sure how an above range Microwave can be made with a material that melts? I had it installed by Best Buy so one would hope they did it correctly according to the distance required from the stovetop.
