I've had this Microwave installed and used for 3-months and have had no issues. Great quality! I only wish that the buttons were lit up for easy visibility at night.

Nice microwave . Easy to clean, but not easy to seectge buttons in low light. Door closes a bit hard. But cooks food well.

This microwave was exactly what I was looking for. It's sleek, easy to use, and cooks great. The installer was terrific -- friendly, efficient, and spotted an issue with the installation of the vent on the microwave being replaced. He solved it.

This looks great and fits like other standard sized over-the-stove microwaves. One thing we don't like is the defrost does not have a "time" option. You can only do it by weight (which will take a bit of getting used to). But, everything else is wonderful. It's "smart", so you get a phone notification when your food is done (or halfway through defrost to flip), buttons are pretty easy to get used to. So, far, I love it. Haven't used the "popcorn" button, yet. But, I will...soon. and then I'll update if necessary.

Very Nice! Love the blue interior. Quality built microwave. Wifi pings you when meal is warmed up or cooked. Replaced our 15-year-old Samsung 9that was still working) when we remodeled our kitchen and the style blends perfectly.
