One half of the suction won't even hold up a piece of paper, the other does but it doesnt move any steam through the unit and through the exhaust. Apparently this is a common issue with all Samsung microwaves I wasn't familiar with before purchasing. Poor engineering, littered with holes allowing suction from areas that aren't intended. The exhaust fan on top is definitely powerful but doesn't matter if it's not pulling air from where it's supposed to. I have had to set up a fan to blow through my kitchen just so moisture doesn't accumulate on the front of my microwave while cooking. Literally took the whole microwave apart trying to limit air intake from other areas but I definitely cannot recommend. Frustrating as this item was in stock and I didn't receive my other appliances for a month after so I can't return this. The glass turntable plate was missing. I have to order from Amazon and wound up spending what would have been full price anyway

Ordered online and I'm very pleased we received it just 3 days later. Works perfect, as it should, and looks good. I really like that the touch controls are very responsive and the light under the microwave is a cool daylight color, not a warm white, which when turned on brightens the area very well. The only negative is that i couldn't get it to connect to the electric range for the auto connectivity feature. Not a big deal. Still love it, and highly recommend.

The unit looked good when we got it but after a while the door hinge started to make noise and catch so I called the company and they sent a specialist out to look at it. When he took the top cover off the unit under the cover was damaged and that is why the door stared because it wore the hinges out and they would not cover to have it replaced. Bestbuy was good enough to switch it out because I had the extra warranty on it.
