This one is soo much better. The touch screen works a million times better and I love the clean sleekness of the flat unobstructed face. The older model and this one both have the enamel interior which makes it a dream to clean. Great microwave!

Samsung Microwave

Also fan speed settings 1 - 4 does not operate correctly. It stays on high no matter the setting. Getting a technician is very hard AND they won't remove or install so just more expense if you can't do it your self.
