Dead On Arrival

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased prior to the holidays and had to wait for a contractor to install it after the holidays. The microwave was dead out of the box. We tried the minimal troubleshooting listed in the guide and on the Samsung website (Is it plugged in? Have you flipped your breaker? Have you tried another outlet? Did you unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in?) None of them address that it's a manufacturing defect. Best Buy will of course not accept responsibility as it's outside of the two week replacement window and Samsung is not responding. Complete waste of time and money.
