No one went to set it up after it was delivered!

I will never know! I ended up losing my patience and returning it because after 3 failed attempts of rescheduling for them to set it up after it was already delivered for almost a month they couldn’t set it up because of an electrical issue then I call set up a new date wasted a day of work and no one showed up ! When I called theres was no appointment! Then got a new date and no one showed up , they just sent me a message that in 1-2 days I can reschedule! Yep another day wasted this was the most expensive microwave in history! Never buying anything from best buy ever again!!! Called complain a manager was supposed to call and nope ! No one called ! Im done with them!

The unit stopped working within the first year. It was still under warranty so I contacted Samsung who sent out a technician. 12 days later I still have no microwave, can't contact the technician, and all Samsung will tell me is to wait another 5 days and then they'll evaluate my options. Would not recommend.

Died The Same Day

Had this installed literally today. Made a horrible buzzkng sound when running, plus the door is warped so it doesn't close all the way sometimes. Then, when we used it for just around 4 minutes, it completely died with a strong electrical burning smell. BB is replacing it, but I will exchange for a different model if the next one is the same.

It took me about two weeks to install this microwave because of some other work, and when I finally did all of the work of mounting it up and plugging it in it has an error with the door that will not start the microwave. Upon reaching out to Best buy I was told I have to go to Samsung to fix it, and of course I'm outside of my return window.
I can't imagine this part was actually tested, because the error started about 10 secs after I plugged it in.

Very disappointed. Within just over 60 days after install, microwave stopped heating properly. Not what I expect from Samsung. Because we were a few days past the 60 day mark, now have to work directly with Samsung for warranty fix or replacement. Very disappointing considering how long we have been Best Buy customers.

Microwave shuts down if on for longer than about 1.5 minutes. I believe it is overheating bc there is no fan sound and steam comes out when the door is open. Do not recommend.

had this for over a month and still not comfortable with the lack of instruction manual, and will not pay the $1.00 per question to samsung online. happy to have it since last one got hit with a power spike, but its unused so far except for the light, and even then its impossible to turn on without leaving noticeable smudges on the front panel. definitely not intuitive to use

This is the worst purchase I have ever made! We installed the microwave. The next day the power board went out. We had less than 24 hours of microwave use.
This microwave is the second one to have this same problem

Disappointed; instruction manual worthless, setting the hour's AM/PM impossible. Difficult to see inside-controls horizontally placed block vision to inside; thought I was getting a 1.7 KW and it is 1.0 KW. I don't really care about the "wi-fi connectivity".

Piece of crap stay away!

I finally figured out why this beautiful looking microwave was only $249 on Black Friday. Because it's a piece of crap. After 3 weeks, suddenly it went out in the middle of being used. It was set for for 8 minutes And went out after 3 minutes. When I got close to the microwave, It smelled like burning rubber, then suddenly 3 hours later, it kicked back on.
And then today, after heating something up for 90 seconds and then adding an additional 30 seconds twice, it did it again. And it's been off for the past hour.

Wish I can leave no stars. Samsung should stick to mobile devices and leave the appliances to the professionals. I have been a Bestbuy customer since 2008. I am a total plus member. I have spend thousands of dollars in Bestbuy. The microwave I bought 3 months stopped working. I called customer service no help. Don't waste your money on a Total plus membership in bestbuy. I am stuck with a broken microwave for Xmas holiday. I will no longer be spending my money in Bestbuy after this.
