Bought this to replace the other Samsung Microwave that blew its magatron. It is pretty much the same but has an updated interface and matches the other Samsung appliances in our kitchen. We really did like the old one and how quickly it heated things up and this one is pretty much identical heating things up quickly. The only concern I have for it is our old one lasted 6 years and microwaves typically last "forever" since there is not much to them. I just hope this one last longer than 6 years or at least the life of the Fridge, stove and dishwasher before needed replacement. Would I buy again? Possibly, because Samsung support sucks. If you are a day out of warranty they will literally tell you go pound sand. If you are in warranty you literally have to give them your first born child for them to do anything and honor said warranty. "It is all about the process" is what you will hear from them when thier process stinks. Honestly, the next time we have to replace all the applainces int eh kitchen I would go with a different brand, but if you want a microwave that will most likely work for about 6 years and it matches your current applainces, then this is an okay buy.

This the 2nd microwave purchase from Best Buy actually this was a warranty replacement. This new Samsung microwave outperformed the original Samsung microwave that replaced. It’s quieter, and sensor cooking option is great. For its size and performance it’s a great bang for buck !!!!. The new design with the handle built into the door makes the microwave more streamlined. Great job Samsung on moderately priced microwave with great features.

Very happy with this microwave. I replaced a 12 year old GE on its last leg. I pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to remove the old unit and install this one. I’m not all that handy, but apparently microwaves haven’t evolved much over the last 12 years, because I was able to salvage the hanging frame, ventilation etc from the old GE. This microwave looks great and more quiet than the old one. Also, love that I can link to my smart phone.

I’ve been using this microwave for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. One of the first things I noticed—and actually really like—is that it doesn’t have a handle. Instead, it opens on the side which gives it a much cleaner and more modern look. It also means there’s nothing sticking out to bump into or get loose over time. Performance-wise, it heats food evenly and quickly. The controls are easy to use, and I appreciate the variety of preset options. It’s also pretty quiet while running, which is a plus. Overall, I love the minimalist design and solid functionality. If you’re looking for a microwave that looks modern this is the one !
