We got the 2.1 cubic ft Samsung microwave to replace a 1.6 cubic ft one that we had purchased six to seven months earlier and from day one had problems with. Geek Squad check it out on multiple occasions but it never seemed to malfunctioned while they were there. Then one day the "read out" display started flashing on on and off and the unit ceased working all together. This time "G.S." came out they declared it not repairable and covered under the warranty. Since Best Buy didn't stock 1.6cubic ft microwave we upgraded to the 2.1 cubic ft one. We have been pleased ever since.

This is a very good product and I am very happy with it. I am still getting used to it, but it works great so far. I would buy again.

Decided to go with a different model because the previous one I purchased the door broke and it was just as much for a new door as it was a new microwave.

Nice look. Like the hidden handle. Lots of power . wifi tells you when cooking is done. If you are replacing an older Samsung mounting holes line up on new unit.

We purchased as part of a bundle and we love it it very modern and sleek our only complaint is that you can see every fingerprint

I really love it . The color and everything. Very big I didn’t expected but it really match with the refrigerator

Love my microwave already have a Samsung refrigerator and it works great so decided to proceed with the same mark. The menu buttons are easy and it really works great. The appearance is sleek and looks up to date as my old one was over 15 years old and outdated.

Love all the settings and smart thing notifications. One thing i didnt realize is how much i would be cleaning fingwr pronts off of it all thw time. Big plus in look is javing the jandle on the side. However with that comes mor fingerprints. The inside space is great ita a littlw bigger than most with out taking more outside space. All in all a great buy.

Ive only had this Microwave for 1 month and have had no problems with its ability to work/Microwave food. However, when I purchased it I had in mind it has no handle to break. My last 2 microwaves the handle to open the door have cracked. So I was excited to have no handle. But, I have found it to be cumbersome to open and, pethaps I am just use to having a handle to pull. I also am not fond of the touch screen...it has never ending fingerprints on the glass. And Finally I searched and searched for instructions on how to set the clock on it. I finally gave up and decided to scan the QR code...well thats how you set your clock and now everytime someone uses the Microwave I get a notice on my phone that my food is ready.

Very clean looking, heats up everything so nice light is very helpfull abd bright on different levels its quiet i love it

I ordered this microwave after the one we had for about ten years broke. This one is by far the best! Large inside. Easy open and close. It was great features for cooking.

good microwave overall. front door panel is not PERFECTLY aligned to the actual microwave front-face. It's not horribly noticeable. Works well like expected. No complaints. Happy with purchase overall

Installation was about the same as other units I've installed. It has a sleek look and fits into my kitchen really well. I look forward to years of quality service from this microwave.
