Samsung Has Lost A Customer For Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware. This machine was making my water pipes literally JUMP every time the water shut off. I assumed it was a water pressure issue so purchased water arresters which did nothing. Still under warranty Samsung sent a technician out to look at the machine and they concluded I had high water pressure. Based on that information I paid a plumber to replace my water pressure regulator. The pipes jumping continued. Samsung sent a second technician who replaced the mother board and water valves. The problem remained. I bought a new machine, different brand, and just as I suspected my water pipes NO LONGER JUMP. I asked for reimbursement for what I paid the plumber based on what I was told from the first technician since it clearly was not a water pressure issue and they’ve refused to do so indicating their policies do not permit it. Instead of making it right they’ve lost a customer for life.
