I am used to a full size French door fridge. Switching to a counter depth took some adjustments. It will hold a weeks worth of groceries for us, family of 4. Really the only complaint I have is the ice maker. It takes forever to fill your cup up with ice. The 1st one the ice maker leaked water constantly so we called Best Buy and they sent out a new fridge. So far so good with the 2nd one. I love the black stainless, so easy to keep clean.

Great fridge overall. Fits our small kitchen nicely, counter depth with enough space for our household. Love the showcase door feature and the metal door cooling system. Got lots of compliments from guests with the black stainless steel. I even got space for my wine now with the beverage drawer.

So happy with this product especially aesthetically! So happy we got counter depth, perfect for a family of three and not bulky at all! I love the showcase door!

We initially purchased the refrigerator with the screen but decided to go without all the technology we really like this refrigerator and enjoy the showcase door, my only complaint is two of the three left door pockets are very small and almost useless, freezer is good size

This product is defective, the ice maker should never be in the refrigerator compartment. At 4 months old mine froze up for the first time and has been freezing up ever since. Samsung sent a wonderful tech over today. He replaced my ice maker, fixed a tube that was assemble incorrectly. Told me that they have had this issue since 2010 and they keep making them. There are more than 1771 people posting on Facebook about this problem. I wish I had known before purchasing this beautiful, expensive refrigerator. Please don’t buy Samsung, until they solve this issue. there are many other brands to choose from.

This is a great refrigerator. The fingerprint resistant finish is awesome. There is a lot of room inside the fridge and the second door, in the door, is nice to reach for often used items without opening the entire refrigerator. I also like the drawer above the freezer with 4 different temperature selections. The freezer is big and has a nice deep tray on top to place smaller items.

Last last Samsung was a disaster But this one is good so far.

I replaced a full size Samsung French Door with this to downsize a bit and improve the appearance of kitchen. I am not disappointed. The look is clean and sleek and the storage is well planned. One word of caution, however. When the specifications state 70 inches over the hinge area, you better plan on 70 1/8 inch clearance. I had to saw and Chisel part of my cabinet to actually get this to fit correctly.

I just stared using this fridge. I love the look, the extra drawer, and the adjustable shelves.

I have owned this refrigerator since Sept, 2017 so about 10 months. Tonight while cleaning it I noticed the white plastic around the shelves is cracked at the corners. I googled Samsung shelves cracked and sure enough, this is a known problem going back to 2013 that I saw on just a quick search. Thank goodness I purchased the protection plan for 5 years. I have a feeling I will be needing it if the plastic shelves are already falling apart. I give it a 1 star for their failure to fix a known design issue that is a major part of this refrigerator. You need shelves. And they are not spill proof if the edges are broken.

It took three deliveries to get this amazing appliance . The first two were dented out of the box and were not accepted. The third time was the charm. The delivery personnel were fantastic and the frig fit like a glove. Setup was a breeze and within a few hours it had reached the desired temperatures. The info panel on the front door was easy to use and it had a nice look to it. I had read a number of bad reviews on this piece but I would not agree with them. The refrigerator is quiet, the ice maker and water dispenser work flawlessly and the door in door is a great option. The flex draw is a great, the temperature adjustment is accurate and as stated in the manual it can be set for a number of different food categories. The one drawback is the tight for space freezer compartment, this could be a deal breaker for a large household but if you utilize the flex draw correctly it works fine. Samsung has given this appliance a beautiful look inside and out and we could not be happier with the way it performs.

We just redid our kitchen and wanted to get a counterdepth fridge to keep the look slick. I initially bought a counter depth unit a couple of steps down in Samsung's range, with the showcase door, but it had a traditional bowed front and big-ish handles, so it literally would have stuck out. Although I'm normally OK with asymmetry and so on, for some reason I was really drawn to this one because the handles are inset and the front is flat and flush. It's not invisible - the slightly mirrored accents are a nice touch and prevent it from looking like a stainless steel cabinet and vanishing entirely. The functionality is fantastic. If you have a big family, the counter depth model will eat into your storage capacity significantly, but there's a lot to be said for keeping you fridge neat and constantly edited. I've forgetfully accumulateda lot of dark scary ancient jars and packages over the years, so it was actually very cathartic to dump a lot of junk from the fridge. And that's not to say it's not capacious. There's plenty of room for a neat family's worth of frozen and refrigerated stuff, and the showcase door isn't just a gimmick, it actually helps with general organizational logic, and our daughter thinks of it as her VIP entrance to juice boxes and milk. The configurable temperature for the bottom doors is really useful and I'm sorta looking forward to Thanksgiving to give the whole kitchen a proper trial run. So in summary, a subtly clever device that works as handsomely as it presents itself aesthetically.

We wanted to purchase a new refrigerator with french doors. We saw this model in stainless steel in the store but it was not black stainless nor was it counter-depth size. We liked what we saw when Antoine pulled it up online, so we ordered it and had it shipped to our home. The middle drawer is perfect if you entertain and need somewhere to stash a sheet cake or deli tray. The freezer is well-designed and holds a large amount of food. The doors open up 2 ways, so there is storage in the front and in the inside of the doors. Hard to explain, but it holds a lot of condiments. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this refrigerator to anyone. P.S.--the black stainless looks beautiful and does not show fingerprints!

Nice looking fridge, love the led lights under the water/ice dispenser. wife loves what is now her wine drawer. Only thing I will say that it is a bit noisier than our old fridge, which I had read about in other reviews, but it's probably one of those things I wouldn't have noticed If I hadn't read about it. also, love the showcase door, use it all the time quick access to water bottles and milk.

Great fridge with quick and accurate cooling - the customizable drawer is a surprisingly useful thing and not a gimmick. The same can be said of the "showcase" secondary door opening function. My daughter loves it and considers it her personal fridge door. Exclusively for her use. We liked it so much we traded up a couple of models to the four door with showcase.

This is a wonderful refrigerator has a great features set that meets our needs. Appearance: Nice stainless, sleek design, cool looking control touchpad. Like all, stainless it shows some fingerprints but unlike stainless they wipe away easily. I use a barely damp towel--no special cleaners needed. Space: This fridge is super roomy! Plenty of room on the door for big items likes a couple gallons of milk plus all the condiments you could need. Inside the shelves house tons of containers and the drawers for produce are roomy (and slide out and in easily). One of the shelves in the middle can fold back to make room for more tall items which is nice for my family since we always have things like wine, sodas, etc. that can't all fit in the door. Freezer: This is my first refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer and I love it! It is nice to not worry about a frozen ham tumbling out and crushing your toe...There's tons of space. I like the nifty drawer on top that slides back to reveal the deeper part of the freezer. We put things we use frequently (our breakfast sausage, frozen fruit for smoothies) in that top drawer. Flex drawer: This is so cool! I was worried it would be a waste of space but we actually love it. You can choose the temperature from several options. We use it for cold drinks since we have a seltzer and diet soda addiction...it frees up the main fridge from all the cans clunking around. Control Pad: This is easy to use and intuitive. In addition, it just plain looks cool! Ice/Water: Both dispense easily. I love having the option for crushed ice. Perhaps my only con (and it is not major) is that the ice bucket is on the smaller side. However, that means more room in the fridge so it is a fair tradeoff. Extra Features: It is great to have the alarm that dings when the door is left open; the fridge door on the right side has a front panel that opens so that you can access the things in the door. When you open the door, you simply push a small button on the back of the door handle. At first, this seemed like an unnecessary feature but now I love it. We can access our milk, juice and frequently used condiments and let out less cold air and without rummaging around the entire fridge.

Great design. This is a bar fridge so went with the counter depth. Still plenty of room. and the Samsung lighting make it look cool even when open. Lots of space and the extra outside door comes in handy with drinks. Good deal from Beat buy

This refrigerator has everything I was looking for. The center drawer is great and I love the showcase door. I also love the look of the black stainless. My only complaint is the way the ice is dispensed. It can shoot out all over unless you hold your cup all the way up to the top. But overall, this is a great refrigerator.

Would've given it a 5 but for the size. It's small because we had to get a counter depth due to the size of our kitchen. Yes, some of the storage on the left where the ice maker is leaves something to be desired but we've managed to find some things that fit over there. Love the two adjustable shelves, love the water and two ice options. Love the door in door when I remember to use it as it is convenient. We feel that the drawers are a good size as well. We are a family of two that expands to three when my mother-in-law snowbirds with us for a couple of months but I think we will manage. We've just learned to shop differently and instead of getting a ton of stuff on the weekend, we go twice a week.
