A: I had the same thing. Let 1-2 gallons of water run continuously to get all the air out of the water line and the drip should stop
A: First of all people don't take the time to answer questions. The second reason being most people have families and don't choose this product because it's smaller in depth to be flush with counters. I find it a five star refrigerator excellent design features and it is a little more costly however, it's energy-efficient and will save money on your electric bill every month.
Q: I don't want my refrigerator to make noise....does this one?
A: The only noise I ever hear is when the ice is dumped and then it is very soft.

Q: What is the depth of the hinges on top of the refrigerator
A: This is an excellent question. They go back a good 6-8 inches. I had to notch out our cabinets above the fridge to get it to fit due to this. The realistic height of this fridge is really the height of the hinges (not the top of the fridge), unless you don't have a cabinet above it. And if you don't, why would you care about the height? This is something that tricked me. When they went to slide it in, it didn't fit. I didn't think the hinges went back as far as they do. Good question!
Q: What are the differences between this and the RF24FSEDBSR?

Q: Are the French Doors on this unit suppose to be self closing?
A: Jeflor, this model comes with Cooltight Doors which are refrigerator door that self-closes with a tight seal to conserve energy and to prevent spoilage. ^Heath
