Only regret so far is wish we had gotten the next size up. Got the counter depth one and refrigerater space smaller than we thought it would be.

I really like the sleekness of the outer surface. It's handy having the smaller inner door we can get juice, milk that we can open without having to open the whole refrigerator door. Plus the refrigerator is really quite.

We especially like the middle refrigerated drawer for quick acces without opening the larger doors lessening cooling efficiency and wasting energy.

Clean lines and nice Led lighting. The showcase feature sold us. You can open from outside and quickly grab an egg or a water bottle or a yogurt on the go in the AM. A must for a new appliance package.

Great for someone who wants to keep there refrigerator organized. Very energy efficient with the Dual Cooling Plates. Quick reach in door is a plus as well as the extra door above the freezer. Very nice look item.

This unit is contemporary, elegant and efficient, it takes a little bit of a learning curve, as items are in meant for specific places, but after the first week it feels like an old friend. Love this unit, a great buy!

Really like the refrigerator. The freezer is spacious and allows you to see all the food that is stored. Especially like the door in door feature as it allows you to get quickie items without opening the door.

We totally love our new fridge. Well lit, plenty of space, water and ice dispenser work perfectly (some reviewers had problems with ice but we have not). Easy to clean interior and a great price!!

Running well so far, good storage amount for a counter-depth fridge. Ice maker in door limits door storage bins as you would expect.

We have now had the Refrigerator for a few weeks like it very much. The Convenience the various doors provide is really great and the lighting inside makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

The salesperson really did a good job describing the refrigerator and all of its features I'm really happy with it and the guys that brought it and delivered it and took away the old one were great

This unit has been perfect so far (about a month of ownership). We have no complaints at all. If I had any I would wish there were a simpler way to grab ice by hand but that is a very nitpicky thing.

Does it refrigerate: yes Why I gave two stars: 1. The trays have structural frames below them significantly reducing the storage space. 2. There is a convex metallic protrusion running right through the middle of the fridge section. Prevents you from pushing the storage containers all the way in. 3. The above said also caused huge gaps that even salad dressing bottle just falls through creating a lot of spills 4. Cleaning is not easy. Especially the bottom of the fridge section the trays don’t slide well and if there is any spillage near the filter console it is almost impossible to clean unless you are geek squad. 5. Freezer: well the two trays act as if they are Enemies. If one comes out other gets stuck. The tracks provided are poor quality. Summary: don’t buy. Opinion: pls ask the design engineer for this product to think about normal home use not some show case. This is a showcase and not utilitarian at all

Love this refrigerator so much I have bought it twice in 2 years for 2 different houses! Its everything the highly tech ones have minus the computer in the door. Overall love it

This fridge is just what we wanted! Perfect size, very efficient and so good looking. Once we got used to the clicks and knocks that apparently are the norm, it's fitted in so well. Thank you!

We found this open box fridge at 50% off for a savings of $1800!! Not a scratch on it, perfect for a second overflow fridge. Samsung does make great products. Would purchase again.

Not much room on door for storage. Icemaker is mediocre.

I like how long this refrigerator keeps the vegetables fresh. Besides very low energy consumption.

I exchanged my recent french door for essentially the same fridge but the showcase version. Its a cool concept that i preferred to have. Not an essential thing but a neat option.
