Absolutely love our new refrigerator. The middle drawer is great if you have kids. We put all their snacks in there and it’s so convenient for them.

Very happy with the appearance of the fridge and function but the metal on the front is way too thin.

Love the look of this fridge! It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, but overall very pleased.

Purchased this fridge because it was perfect for organizing since im a neat freak..... The other models where more expensive and didnt have as many features as this one.

We got the counter depth model and it’s fabulous. We love the multiple doors and versatile configuration options. It’s really exactly what we wanted.

Great refrigerator. Caution if crushed ice to put a paper towel briefly for residual melted pieces that will fall into drip tray if you want to avoid any rust issues.

Want to make sure everyone knows this review isn't a reflection on the Geek squad service. They did an excellent job ... courteous and respectful. This refrigerator should be recalled. This is our 2nd go with this model having had the 1st unit replaced due to the service department not being able to fix after the 5th try. The ice maker is such a poor design it starts leaking after about 3 months and within another month it is freezing up or running water down the front of the unit. The Geek squad has been out and replaced the ice maker and done the same repairs as the prior unit and within a few months it started leaking again. The unit is now completely frozen up and won't dispense ice (but at least it isn't leaking down the front). I'm very disappointed with Samsung on this one. We have a number of Samsung appliances and electronics and love them but this refrigerator is a bust.

Best fridge I've ever owned! He water in the door runs so smoothly the door in door is amazing with children! I couldn't have asked for a better product!

Freezer drawer seems a little out of line. First new refrigerator since 1996.

Love the 4 door. Always use the center drawer for meat and cheese. Con to replace filter every three months is expensive.

It’s a great unit, it looks great and works well. Very well made you can fill with a good amount of produces and easy to access.

Even after switching from water to ice a little bit of water always comes out.

The ice maker has been nothing but trouble. Have had the ice maker completely replaced several weeks ago and it broke again two days after the replacement. Now I'm trying to get a replacement refrigerator and being told I need to have ANOTHER technician to come out and make that determination. I'm currently on and off hold for the 10th time (I've been counting) in one call, going on 1 hour and 21 mins to get an answer from this poor girl that doesn't understand what I'm saying. Beyond frustrated!!!

Love the showcase feature. Only problem, thought it was weird that the right side door wasn't level with the other and had to be adjusted.

After about 9 months, ice maker would freeze up. Now every month after putting a hair dryer in and melting stuck ice cubes, it freezes up again. Every month, a block of ice cubes. What a piece of junk

Nice counter depth fridge. Easy to use the water, ice and temperature features. Good amount of space for being counter depth.

I love this refrigerator. Tons of storage space, which I was worried that there wouldn't be enough. The freezer space at the bottom is perfect.
