Great look product. Very modern looking. Middle draw very convenient. Ice maker does not work very good.

So far after about 3 months we love our new fridge. French doors and separated freezer space gives us so much more flexibility in storing and re-arranging our food. Def worth it!

The Black Stainless is beautiful. The refrigerator is designed well with the peek thru door. I love the flex zone. Samsung was helpful on the phone when I didn't understand one of the settings.

Pros: Fairly quiet and looks nice. Cons: The left and right doors are slightly misaligned. Friend has same model and also has his doors misaligned. Don't think it's a big problem but sort of speaks to quality control. Samsung is not super expensive but considered a top appliance brand so I expected them to be more detailed in their quality control. Also filters are expensive but every other brand does the same so not unique to Samsung

I have not had the Samsung products before, but this time it catch my eye. yet my purchase have not delivered but I decided to write up the review. I'll update this once it arrives by end of the month. I'll not talk more about the product since we have not received them, but particular bestbuy we went in Christiana Mall location, the staff up there extremely friendly and helpful. The guy I was working with was very knowledgeable and did answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Lots of room, love the cold drawer for our drinks! Would like the ice capacity to be a little larger.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Love the middle flex drawer. This fridge fit perfectly in my limited space kitchen while still offering plenty of storage space.

Fits nicely into the space we have allowed, and the black stainless finish repels fingerprints as well. The left side door storage, or lack of, was disappointing, as we didn't have a reference at the store to compare to.

Refrigerator is great. Love the 5 door setup. plenty of room for all of our needs. Salesman was very good. He made me comfortable with spending the money for the Samsung. Great follow up.

why is fridge spelled with a d? This is a good one. Quiet and looks great. Ice is a little weird but we don't use ice. Would rather have no ice maker to get more storage space.

The refrigerator/freezer is awesome. It is easy to fill cups with ice and water. Middle drawer works great for food for young kids and boxes of leftover food from restaurants.

I researched counter depth models extensively before buying this refrig. I love it. It is the best designed counter depth that I found under $3k. The only negative after 3 weeks of use is the figure prints. Contrary to other reviews noises are typical and is not a problem. Ice maker is a little small but more than sufficient for 2 people. I plan on putting a bucket in my freezer to store extra ice for parties.

They just keep making them better, French doors, better lighting, quality and unlike LG doesn't have freezer issues, best currently available

We chose this counter depth over larger model. We have garage fridge so glad we did.

I have been enjoying my fridge now for almost a month. I love the finish and the easy access door and that the filter is in a good spot vs at the very bottom of the fridge like my old whirlpool was. I wish it had more storage though for taller items like sodas, milk and etc other than just the door shelf. And if there is a way to move the shelf higher or lower I have not figured that out yet.

I love the versatility of the shelves. Just had family stay for six nights and needed to lift the shelf by the ice maker and use the retractable shelf. The middle draw was great for water and soda. My old fridge had four more cubic feet of space, but I really did not notice this. The ice and water dispenser is much easier to use than my old one. I have also had no problem with fingerprints. The one downside is that most of the shelves on the dispenser side are too small and not tall enough to be much use.

We love our new fridge....everything fits nicely in the top refrigeration section, easy to pull doors, and LOVE the crushed ice!

Even though I’ve only had this refrigerator for six months it has a lot of room and versatility. I would recommend this purchase.

Everything on this purchase has exceeded our expectations. The only down side is that despite purging the recommended amount of water from the lines there is still a plastic chemical taste to the water and ice. I hope that it goes away with time if not we can try a new filter and perhaps because it dried out on display that caused the issues. Over all very happy, this is a high quality item and a significant upgrade given the sale opportunity, we had to make the purchase and don’t regret it at all.
