I researched refrigerators for about two months trying to find just the right refrigerator for my family’s current and future needs. This refrigerator checks every box! I had a question on the first day about how to use the ice maker. I called Samsung and there customer service helped me quickly learn all about my new refrigerator. They sent lots of how to videos for reference and answers all of my questions. I would recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone. It’s the perfect refrigerator for us. Has worked great, very convenient. Ample storage. Love the auto fill pitcher. Cools quickly and efficiently. Doesnt overcool or undercool.

Saw a great price listed for this refrigerator as open box and had take it. Got it home and looks stunning once put together. Didn't realized it was little smaller than our old one we were replacing but making it work. Its quiet, lighting is great, and water dispenser/ice maker works flawlessly. One thing worth mentioning is, the freezer takes a long time to cool when first plugged in. We thought ours was defective but it just took a few more hours until it reached our desired temperature.

Love this fridge. It replaced a Jenn-air that wasn't designed with convenience in mind. The showcase door is a great feature and we use it all the time. This is our second Samsung four door fridge and really like them. The only problem is it was dented in two doors but Best Buy sent new parts and a service person to replace the doors. He also leveled the fridge and adjusted the doors which was very much appreciated.

Delivery people were great! The refrigerator is very nice with the option of getting snacks for kids by not opening entire refrigerator.

Ok fridge, definitely not a good use of space. Ice maker is loud.
