We've had our fridge / freezer for exactly a year. The pros: It has a lot of space and nice features, like the refillable water jug that we use ALL the time and the easy access door for grabbing our most common items out the door shelves. The fingerprint resistant finish works well too which is great if you have kids! The cons: As with all Samsung freezers it seems, the ice maker doesn't work well. We live in California and need a fair amount of ice. You'd think for this size fridge / freezer that it could keep up with our needs which is really only two people and the occasional guest, however we frequently run out of ice. A few weeks ago the ice maker stopped making ice completely and of course we have literally just come out of our warranty period (!!!!!) it has been reset several times but still not working. The water jug also every now and again decides not to refill. Overall though, it is a nice fridge freezer. Because ice is such a big requirement for us, I've given it a 3 star rating. It does look really good.

Love this refrigerator, better than my old side by side. Counter depth looks much better in my kitchen.

Funny how so many reviews are because this is the only fridge available for a lot of people. We had the same issue, it was the only one available for same week delivery that fit our needs. I am very happy with the fridge, it is missing a couple features that we wanted and is a little over priced for what it is, but overall very good and much better than what I had previously. I'm just not sure why it is over $2000.

So far, 2 months in, the fridge is great. Love the auto fill water jug. Use it way more than we thought. The "food showcase" door, eh, don't use it at all. Thought it would be nice but really just open up the door like normal. The freezer is a little cramped going from a side by side to this. But how often do you go in the freezer. If you're in and out 10 times a day, might be an issue. But we love having the extra space in the fridge area.

This refrigerator is nice. I like the pitcher inside. It’s great for quick fill ups or setting on the table. This fits well in my kitchen. One concern that I have is that when I use the ice dispenser, water drips leaving water spots. This isn’t a total deal breaker though.

Fits perfectly in my space. It's beautiful and functional.

So far so good! I've had this item for almost 2 weeks and it has performed as expected. The smoky tinted interior makes this refrigerator really attractive and I love the auto-fill water pitcher that can be infused with my own flavorings just inside the door. Although it was a little pricey, I think we will get along just fine.

We purchased a used refrigerator. I expected better considering the model and price for new. My husband did not want a used refrigerator. Drinks near the icemaker have frozen ice inside bottle. The freezer at bottom seems to mildly defrost then freeze at a level that u can't get the ice-cream out with an ice pick. I didnt realize until i finalized the purchase that the water pitcher was missing. I cant pull the icemaker out. The door magnet doesnt always work. The chime, to let you know the door is open, doesn't always work. Gradually other things are happening like water flowing out the water dispenser. I'm glad things are malfunctioning now during the warranty and before my repair appointment.

Absolutely love my new fridge. The additional water pitcher is so convenient for me to refill my Kuerig and have found I use the quick access door more frequently than I thought I would. Definitely recommend this product.

This wonderful Samsung French door refrigerator is a perfect replacement for the GE Monogram refrigerator we owned previously. It is extremely well organized, energy efficient, and technologically advanced. A terrific appliance! And definitely a better value.

The two gentleman name Mark and Chino delivered our washer and dryer today and they were very good, nice, quick and respected our walls and carpets and they showed my husband how the washer and dryer works! I could not expect any better!

So far so good. Very happy with refrigerator so far. All the staff we dealt with in the appliance dept were great to work with and very helpful including Sabrina, Mayra and their supervisor Leticia. All three went above and beyond to help us!

Very nice. Quick access right door for items like bottled water and other frequently used items. However, no storage in bottom freezer for ice cubes. Not noisy. 10-year warranty on compressor.
