It’s really aggravating to go get ice and nothing be there when it hasn’t been used all day. This should not be happening on a refrigerator this new.

Water System Isn’t Good

The ice comes out in pieces and makes a mess (even when using cubed and not crushed option). The water pitcher doesn’t always fill when empty. The water pitcher leaks so you have to poor it over the sink.

We understand that you're having multiple issues with the fridge.
For the ice maker/water dispenser to operate properly, water pressure of 30 to 120 psi (206 to 827 kPa) is required. If the refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 30 psi / 206 kPa), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.
Small or shattered ice cubes in the ice bucket are caused by low water pressure. This occurs when the ice maker doesn't get enough water before it freezes and dumps ice into the bucket.
